JOB DESCRIPTION

MB PROJECTS is looking for a Project Manager to assist the Director on various kinds of missions related to the agency’s main projects, which include strategy consulting, cultural planning, exhibition curating, communication, etc.
Under the direct responsibility of MB PROJECTS Director, and in close collaboration with the other members of the Team, the Project Manager will be responsible for various tasks such as:
–  Project management, coordination, and logistics,
–  Communications tasks: content research, writing notes, posts, various communication material (newsletters, WeChat posts, etc.),
–  Contribution to planning tasks for exhibitions/arts projects (exhibition organization and budget planning, fundraising, mediation and educational programs, communication strategy and material, etc.),
–  General administration and management tasks,
–  Translations and interpretation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

–  Chinese native speaker with high proficiency in English and French (spoken, written and comprehension)
–  Educated to undergraduate degree level (a studying experience abroad would be a plus)
–  Strong interest in the cultural sector (background in arts or arts administration would be a plus)
–  Strong organizational skills and attention to details
–  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese
–  Dynamic, motivated, dedicated to the job, good team player

CONDITIONS:

Salary: TBC based on level of experience
