COPYWRITER/ SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR
MB PROJECTS is looking for a trilingual (Chinese, French, English) Social Media Content Creator to join the Communications and Social Media Team, to contribute to the management and feeding of our social media accounts (generally foreign cultural institutions’ accounts).
Key Responsibilities
- Research content (in French and English),
- Create content for clients’ social media accounts (WeChat and Weibo),
- Produce high quality written material about art and culture,
- Develop a consistent voice and vision for our clients, which is insightful and relevant for the Chinese public,
- Develop concept and strategy to generate engagement,
- Help develop relevant partnerships and expand the network,
- Project coordination (planning, monitoring, budget, etc.),
- Translations and interpretation, proofreading.
Qualifications and Skills
- Native Chinese speaker,
- High proficiency in English and French (spoken, written and comprehension)
- Background in art history or strong art culture/knowledge
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese and passion for writing
- Solid editing and proofreading capabilities
- Experience in online community management is a plus
- Knowledge of graphics software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dynamic, motivated, dedicated, good team player
- Completed an undergraduate degree (academic experience in France would be a plus).
INTERN – PROJECT COORDINATOR (October 2019-March 2020)
MB PROJECTS is looking for for 6-Month Intern to assist the Team on various kinds of missions related to the agency’s projects, which include exhibition planning, museum services, communication and social networks etc.
Dates: October 2019-March 2020, full-time or part-time, based in Shanghai. *If a French student, the candidate should already possess a visa allowing them to work as an intern.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team in:
- Project coordination (planning, monitoring, budget, etc.),
- Coordination with clients, partners, institutional stakeholders, both in China and abroad,
- Communications tasks: content research, writing notes, press materials, etc.
- General administration and management tasks,
- Translations and interpretation, proofreading.
Qualifications and Skills
- Chinese native speaker with high proficiency in English and French, or French native speaker with high proficiency in English and notions in Chinese
- Strong interest in the cultural sector and in international projects
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dynamic, motivated, dedicated, good team player
