During 3 months, 100 multidisciplinary artworks by 30 renowned artists from the international contemporary art scene were presented to the Shanghainese audience: Beat Takeshi Kitano, Raymond Depardon, David Lynch, Cai Guo-Qiang, Marc Newson to name a few. The public was also encouraged to discover the uniqueness of the Collection of the Fondation Cartier through a rich cultural program of conferences with the artists and the curators. These talks and the show itself have been a huge public and media success with thousands of enthusiastic visitors flocking everyday into the Power Station of Art over the 3-month exhibition to enjoy this invitation to travel.
