MB Projects Collaborates on A Podcast Series for Fabrice Hyber’s Shanghai Exhibition
To accompany “…de la vallée”, the solo exhibition by Fabrice Hyber presented by the Fondation Cartier and Power Station of Art in Shanghai, MB Projects supported the production of a 6-episode podcast series in collaboration with Xiaoyuzhou, China’s leading podcast platform, and six independent Chinese creators.
Artist, sower, entrepreneur, poet—Fabrice Hyber defines himself through a prolific and multifaceted practice. His work spans painting, performance, installation, and commercial ventures. Unbound by disciplines, he integrates art with mathematics, neuroscience, forestry, history, astrophysics, as well as themes of love, the body, and species evolution.
To help communicate Fabrice’s mission and strengthen the public’s engagement, MB Projects worked with Fondation Cartier, six independent Chinese podcast creators and Xiaoyuzhou (“Little Universe”), the most popular of the Chinese audio platforms, to explore Hyber’s universe from multiple angles such as:
- How does a mathematician become an artist? The artistic journey of Fabrice Hyber
- How does an artist become a sower and plant a forest? His environmental concerns and ecological vision
- The artist as a visionary who combines art and science through his practice
It has been a pleasure for us to work alongside Fondation Cartier and Xiaoyuzhou in the conception and realization of this 6 episode series, spreading the message of “…de la vallée” even further and continuing to grow Fondation Cartier’s audience in China.
At MB Projects we have been supporting Fondation Cartier since 2017 in the realization of all their exhibition projects in China, and with the ongoing management of their Chinese social media networks WeChat, Channels, Weibo and Bilibili.
