Musée Cernuschi Reopening: Special Communication Campaign
In order to celebrate and promote the reopening after refurbishment of the Musée Cernuschi in March 2020, MB Projects did a special communication campaign on Chinese social media, allowing the Chinese public to get familiar with the institution and its extraordinary collections. The audience discovered, through a series of WeChat and Weibo posts on Paris Musées official accounts, the history of the museum and its founder, the new hanging and the masterworks that they will be able to enjoy in their next visit to Paris.
The campaign was very well received by the audience, who interacted intensely with the publications. All the posts of the Cernuschi WeChat campaign were gathered together and remain accessible in the WeChat menu in a special section “Musée Cernuschi”, thanks to which the museum has now a digital tool for consultation and guided visit support dedicated to the Chinese public.
