On December 16, 2019, the Centre Pompidou announced the launch of a brand new tool for the Chinese public: a WeChat mini program offering a visitor’s guide to the permanent collections of the Museum. Thanks to this digital tool, specifically designed for them, the Chinese visitors will have access to in-depth information about the artworks, artists, and movements which shaped the 20th century’s art history. MB Projects is very proud to have created this mini program and its content, in partnership with Como Network.

On December 11, 2019, the Centre Pompidou launched the #Pompidou VIP campaign introducing and massively promoting the “Very Important Pieces” of its modern and contemporary collections to the international public. This campaign is simultaneously conveyed to the Chinese public through a specific campaign on the museum’s WeChat and Weibo official accounts. MB Projects is very happy to be managing these accounts since October 2019 and to support the Centre Pompidou in its efforts to engage with and welcome the Chinese public.

On November 8th the Centre Pompidou x West Bund Museum Project officially opened its doors in Shanghai, in the presence of French President Emmanuel Macron, with two exceptional exhibitions, The Shape of Time and Observations, and a rich program of indoor and outdoor performances, children activities, workshops, and talks, kicking-off a 5-year collaboration between the Centre Pompidou and the West Bund Development Group, the largest ever artistic cooperation between China and France. MB Projects was happy to advise and accompany the Centre Pompidou and the West Bund Group in their collaboration.
